Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an Associate Logistics Specialist based at Kemaman Supply Base, Malaysia. Under supervision you will support cargo packing, labeling, and documentation, and coordinate domestic and international shipments.

This entry-level role requires a 2-year degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems or Engineering, with a Bachelor's preferred, and familiarity with SAP and logistics systems.

Qualifications

• Packing, marking, labeling, and obtaining weight/dimensions for cargo.
• Coordinate pre-shipping instructions and maintain logs and documents.
• Move goods domestically and internationally in compliance with laws.
• Understand logistics cycle and proper documentation for movement.
• Knowledge of movement constraints and hazardous movements.
• Understand 1–2 transport modes (ocean/air/land).
• Coordinate shipment orders end-to-end and keep customers updated.
• Impact cost containment and logistics efficiency.
• Assist F&A with rate/charge validation on invoices.
• Utilize SAP and logistics systems to ensure movement.
• Record data to identify trends and improve moves for Halliburton.

Responsibilities

• Packing, labeling, and measuring cargo as directed.
• Maintain shipping logs and supporting documents.
• Oversee domestic and international movement of goods per regulations.
• Understand and apply complete logistics process cycle in documentation.
• Know movement constraints and hazardous movements.
• Coordinate shipments from origin to destination with customer updates.
