Job summary

Halliburton in Labuan, Malaysia is seeking an Entry-Level Logistics Specialist to coordinate the movement of domestic and international goods in compliance with applicable laws. The role supports cost effective, timely deliveries and may require IATA/IMDG certification depending on scope of work.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent in Logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of logistics experience required.
• IATA/IMDG certification may be required based on scope of work.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move domestic and international goods under supervision in compliance with laws.
• Coordinate movements with service providers and pre-shipping instructions.
• Track shipments from origin to destination and communicate progress to customers.
• Maintain and file shipping records per requirements.
• Assist with rate validation on invoices with F&A.
