Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute customer orders according to their requirements and procedures.
  • Manage order processing.
  • Plan, book, and arrange transportation orders.
  • Follow up on shipments and coordinate logistics.
  • Handle documentation, administration, filing, and invoicing.
  • Conduct freight audits and provide feedback to customers via various communication means (mail, EDI).
  • Address operational troubleshooting issues.
  • Report non-conformance according to KPIs.
  • Collaborate with approved subcontractors based on agreed rates.
  • Process received orders end-to-end.
  • Ensure punctual and accurate order and documentation handling.
  • Work collaboratively with the team.
  • Report to the Team Leader.
Working Conditions

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: Follow European CET timezone

  • Daylight Saving Start: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm MY Time
  • Daylight Saving End: 3:00 pm - 12:00 am MY Time

Evening shift allowance: RM550.00 per month

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
