Job Description

It serves a wide range of multinational customers across diverse industry verticals, providing services including lead logistics (LLP), fourth-party logistics (4PL), ocean, air, rail, and road transportation; barge services; port services; origin management; export freight forwarding; import customs clearance; trade compliance; analytics; contract logistics; project logistics; warehousing; and supply chain visibility with predictive ETA tracking through proprietary Smart technology.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and execute customer orders according to requirements and procedures.
  2. Manage order processing.
  3. Plan, book, and coordinate transportation orders.
  4. Follow up on shipments.
  5. Handle documentation, administration, filing, and invoicing.
  6. Conduct freight audits.
  7. Provide feedback to customers via various communication channels.
  8. Operational troubleshooting.
  9. Report non-conformances based on KPIs.
  10. Collaborate with approved subcontractors at agreed rates.
  11. Process received orders end-to-end.
  12. Ensure punctual and accurate order and documentation handling.
  13. Collaborate with team members.
  14. Report to the Team Leader.
Working Conditions

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: Follow European CET timezone

  • Daylight Saving Start: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM MY Time
  • Daylight Saving End: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM MY Time

Evening shift allowance: RM550.00 per month

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA)
  • 0-1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, or transportation fields
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Strong team player attitude
  • Leadership experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
