Your primary responsibility is to provide logistic solutions to ensure all incoming raw materials/chassis and outgoing complete buses/bus body kits arrive safely, timely, and cost-effectively via different modes of transportation (land, sea, air). Your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Work closely with internal parties (e.g., Procurement, Warehouse, Project Management, Production) and external parties (e.g., forwarding agents, clients, government agencies like CUSTOM, MITI, MIDA, JPJ, MOF) to coordinate shipment arrangements for safe and timely delivery.
2. Prepare and monitor necessary documentation for local/import/export shipments such as applying for Import Permit (MITI), MIDA Approval License, Certificate of Origin, invoice, packing list, shipping instruction, custom declaration form, etc.
3. Resolve customs, legal, and regulatory issues related to shipment processes.
4. Establish and maintain proper records for order entry, shipment progress, e-invoicing reports, bus export reports, chassis import records, etc.
5. Familiarize with all procedures of import and export temporary applications as well as MYSST (C1 & C3).
6. Renew workshop licenses, MIDA, Dagangnet, and DigitalCert.
7. Assist the Logistics Manager in supervising a team of logistics staff during their absence or as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience managing import/export activities, familiar with government agency processes like MITI, MIDA, JPJ, MOF.
• Experience supervising logistics staff is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written). Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
