Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in logistics operations or 3PL/4PL management in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in SAP/TMS and freight supplier performance tracking; strong data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage logistics operations for inbound, interplant, and outbound materials, equipment, and finished goods.
• Provide dock operations ownership to support site start-up, ramp, and steady-state logistics execution.
• Monitor and drive performance against logistics KPIs, compliance requirements, and standards.
• Analyze logistics processes and data to identify inefficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Track, elevate, and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier, and execution exceptions.
• Manage critical logistics escalations to minimize impact on operations and customer service.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external providers to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop logistics solutions using analytical and digital tools to optimize cost, speed, quality, and reliability.
• Provide regular updates to senior leaders on schedule, scope, cost, risk, and execution readiness.
• Support startup readiness for Assembly Test and Wafer Sort factory operations.
