Job description

We are a trading and OEM company specializing in outdoor lighting and key electrical components, serving clients across Malaysia and Singapore. We are seeking a reliable Logistics & Operations Executive to support our import, order processing, and internal office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers on confirmations
  • Coordinate import shipments, shipping documents, and delivery timelines
  • Liaise with third-party logistics providers and warehouses
  • Update internal records on orders, deliveries, and invoices
  • Assist Finance with GRN matching and invoice tracking
  • Maintain filing systems, sample deliveries, and office upkeep
  • Support internal teams in product documentation and order processing
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
  • 2–3 years experience in operations, order coordination, or logistics support
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Excel and documentation handling
  • Comfortable in a multi-role SME setting
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus (for supplier coordination)
