Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, and shipment tracking.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Liaise with transporters, warehouse teams, and suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock movement and reconciliation when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and customer interactions.
  • Track deliveries and proactively resolve any transportation or delivery issues.
  • Support customs clearance and compliance with import/export regulations if required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in logistics and customer service processes.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM, Certificate in related industry.
  • Basic speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of WMS.
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations (optional).
