Job summary

A global logistics company in Bukit Mertajam is looking for a qualified individual to manage inventory reporting and customer communications. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or higher and be proficient in English and Malay. Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating activities, and managing customs transactions in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • Able to communicate and write in English and Malay.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Possess valid driving licenses.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and generate weekly inventory reports for customers.
  • Disseminate updated information from customers to warehouse operations.
  • Notify customers and suppliers of shipment discrepancies.
  • Respond promptly to customer emails.
  • Coordinate rework/screening activities per requirements.
  • Update GR, SPT, and NIT using customer systems.
  • Prepare bonded customs transactions.
  • Update inbound and outbound customs lot quantities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and generate weekly inventory reports and utilizations for customers.
  2. Disseminate updated information from customers to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
  3. Notify customers and suppliers of shipment discrepancies via email.
  4. Respond promptly to customer or related parties’ emails.
  5. Coordinate rework/screening activities as per supplier/customer requirements.
  6. Update GR, SPT, and NIT using customer systems.
  7. Prepare bonded customs transactions.
  8. Update inbound and outbound customs lot quantities and numbers.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or above.
  • Able to communicate and write in English and Malay.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Possess valid driving licenses.
