Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage team performance by setting clear roles, expectations, and goals aligned with productivity, quality, and service standards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and manage the customer service team effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, representing the voice of the customer internally.
- Respond promptly to commercial inquiries and client needs.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and corporate policies.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, striving for high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of commercial activities in the CRM system.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.
- Utilize market intelligence and industry trends to provide clients with timely updates and recommendations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and service delivery improvements.
- Present insights and performance updates during monthly and quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to new business developments, continuous improvement projects, and other growth initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing & distribution, or a related field.
- Experience with customs clearance is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree with experience in Supply chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and international shipping practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
