Job description

Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across Beacon Mart’s supply chain and 40+ outlets. Ensure timely, cost-effective, compliant delivery of raw materials and finished goods, supporting growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Coordination & Fleet Leadership

Manage inbound/outbound logistics, setting of daily delivery route, driver delivery allocation, warehouse coordination, and fleet dispatch.

Implement SOPs, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Ensure delivery 100% fulfilment of SOP by drivers in accordance to Company’s standard

Manage logistics partners, negotiate rates and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ensure proper maintenance, monitoring and handling of Company’s assets/motor vehicles

Process Optimisation & Reporting

Use analytics and WMS/ERP systems to monitor KPIs and recommend improvements.

Lead continuous improvement projects and cost-reduction initiatives.

Lead and develop logistics staff, conduct training sessions, and ensure performance.

Participate in infrastructure building such as motor vehicle GPS systes, ERP and or any relevant system that may contribute to further process improvement

Ad-hoc projects as assigned by management within candidate capability

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

5–8 years logistics experience; FMCG or food production preferred.

Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems; strong MS Excel skills.

Knowledge of food safety, cold-chain logistics, and relevant compliance (e.g. HALAL).

Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Proactive problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in logistics or supply chain (e.g., CPIM, CSCP).

Experience with perishable goods distribution or central kitchen environments.

Familiarity with cross-border trade documentation and regulations.

Tech-savvy—knowledge in route-optimization tools, TMS, or Power BI.
