Logistics Manager

To manage the overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize the cost of the organization’s supply chain, with a specific requirement to travel to Cambodia and Vietnam as needed.

Job Scope:

• Plan and oversee logistics program, including incoming and outgoing delivery.
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including warehouse management and shipping activities.
• Utilize IT system to manage stock level, delivery time and transport cost.
• Implement logistics strategies, tracking the quality, quantity and cost-effectiveness of the movement and goods storage.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.
• Analyse and optimize logistical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in all logistics operations.
• Manage budget and forecast for logistics activity.
• Lead and supervise a team of logistics staff.
• Willingness to travel to Cambodia and Vietnam as needed to oversee logistics operations and ensure seamless supply chain management.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management or related role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics management for efficient and effective supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage logistics operations, including coordinating and monitoring supply chain process.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness and able to travel to Cambodia and Vietnam as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified In Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) or similar.
• Experience and familiarity with garment factory and shipping process in Cambodia and Vietnam.
• Experience with international logistics and global supply chain.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles or other process improvement methodologies.
