Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Supply Chain Assistant to support daily operations in Kuantan, Malaysia. You will assist with inventory, PO processing, and delivery coordination to ensure smooth workflow.

Work with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams; monitor stock levels; prepare basic inventory reports; maintain documentation. Requires a diploma and 1 year in related roles; MS Excel proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, SCM or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or admin roles.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily supply chain and inventory operations.
• Process and update purchase orders, delivery orders, and stock records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales team, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in stock replenishment planning.
• Prepare basic reports on inventory movement and stock status.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of supply chain related documents.
• Support other administrative tasks related to supply chain operations when required.
