Responsibilities
  1. Monitor the Operational Workflow: Follow up on invalid entries, monitor shipments, alert the customer team proactively, integrate transport requests manually if needed, arrange alternatives, take corrective actions, receive and control bookings, propose optimizations, report data quality, provide clarifications, and confirm arrangements.
  2. Deliver Customer Satisfaction: Manage order processes, meet deadlines, maintain proactive communication, resolve issues, prioritize tasks, represent Prism, utilize tools effectively, act as the single customer contact, and track savings benefits.
  3. Enhance Partners and Vendor Performance: Monitor service quality, support deployment of new practices, formalize SOPs, support 3PL operational inquiries, and implement corrective actions.
  4. Manage Operational Quality: Log non-conformities, conduct root cause analyses, categorize issues, manage claims, assess potential claims, assign corrective actions, escalate claims, perform 8D analyses, and follow up on damages.
  5. Operate Spot Quotations: Define requirements, obtain quotations, select providers, and maintain quotation databases.
  6. Other Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned, adhere to quality policies and neutrality commitments.
