Job Responsibilities

• Understand and support the process of import and export shipments.


• Liaise with freight forwarders and transport providers for sea, air, and land arrangements.


• Manage shipment bookings upon receiving orders from relevant departments.


• Prepare and upload shipping documents correctly and within the required timeline.


• Input delivery and booking details into internal systems.


• Coordinate haulage dispatch schedules and communicate with drivers.


• Track container status and monitor Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Arrival (ETA).

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in related field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, etc.).


• Experience in logistics or freight handling is an advantage.


• Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).


• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
