Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and routine duties of the position.
- Review sales orders and prepare delivery notes (shipping lists).
- Process sales invoices based on customer credit limits, credit terms, and the company’s current pricing policy.
- Maintain customer databases and records, and prepare relevant sales reports.
- Organize, archive, track, and securely store sales-related documents and reports while ensuring confidentiality.
- Record daily shipment statistics and accounts receivable, maintain sales delivery and payment collection logs, and submit reports daily.
- File and manage stub documents and sales contracts (orders).
- Build positive relationships with clients to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Assist sales team in payment collection by providing accounts receivable status and related information.
Job Requirements:
1. Education Background:
- College diploma or above
- Major in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
- Exceptional candidate with no education qualification is welcomed to apply
2. Work Experience:
- 2+ years of sales/marketing experience is preferred
- Fresh graduates is welcomed (Training will be provided)
3. Qualifications:
- Solid professional knowledge in business management with a strong willingness and ability for continuous self-improvement.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Good writing skills and proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, statistical analysis software, etc.).
4. Personal Attributes:
- Fluent Mandarin, English and Malay (to communicate with suppliers).
- Friendly, courteous, and confident in interpersonal interactions.
- Well-organized with good planning skills.
