Logistics Executive (Fresh Grad welcomed)

Flash Express is an integrated E-Commerce logistics service provider and delivery platform under Flash Group, which operates across Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. Renowned as a leading logistics and delivery service company in Thailand, Flash Malaysia Express was established in 2021 with its headquarters in Bangsar South with the aim of delivering seamless logistics solutions tailored to the rapidly evolving demands of Malaysia’s E-Commerce sector. We are now looking for talented and dynamic individuals to join our team, apply now!

Working hours and days: 9am - 6pm, 6 working days (Weekends WFH)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full process of deliveries and parcel collection/distribution, ensuring timely execution and service accuracy.
  • Provide clear and timely feedback to stakeholders on shipment status, delays, and resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as delivery success rate, handover accuracy, and service timeliness.
  • Identify and resolve delivery abnormalities promptly, implementing corrective actions to maintain service quality.
  • Collect and respond to customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in operational performance.
  • Conduct audits on delivery records flagged as potentially falsified (DNR), including verifying supporting evidence such as delivery photos, GPS data, and system logs to ensure delivery accuracy and prevent fraudulent reporting.
  • Review initial claim submissions for lost or damaged parcels to verify completeness and accuracy of documents (e.g., invoices, photos, receipts), and organize files for further processing or approval.
  • Examine damaged parcel images and associated delivery data to determine the root cause (e.g., poor packaging, transit handling issues), and provide insights for service quality improvement.
  • Investigate cases with abnormal parcel weight records by comparing declared vs. actual weight, and compile findings along with relevant system documentation for audit or correction purposes.
Requirements
  • Possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, Data Analytics or relevant fields.
  • Less than 4 years of working experience in the Express Industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is mandatory as the role requires liaising with internal Chinese stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, tech savvy.
  • Able and willing to work for 6 days a week (weekdays work from office, weekends work from home).
