About the role

Ansell Global Trading Center (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Executive to join our team in our Shah Alam, Selangor location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient movement and storage of goods within our warehousing and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods between our facilities and customers
• Manage inventory levels and identify opportunities for optimisation
• Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of products
• Liaise with carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless deliveries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all logistics activities
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide support and guidance to the warehouse and distribution teams

What we're looking for

• Proven experience (2-5 years) in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or warehousing industry
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and transportation logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and implement creative solutions
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
