Job Responsibilities:
  • The candidate is responsible for the day-to-day customer service role dealing with customers, vendors, and other BDP personnel located in offices/branches worldwide.
  • The candidate is also required to perform administrative and documentation functions.
  • Continuously improve on existing business processes and work closely with the immediate superior to ensure the long-term success of the company.
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
  • Prepare shipping documents such as bill of lading, COO, Arrival Notice, Pre-alert, invoice, etc.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in Sea freight / Airfreight / Shipping industry.
  • Familiarity with HS codes, customs, and government agency rules & regulations is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software packages.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Customer-oriented, mature, and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail are vital.
  • The candidate must possess supervisory skills and be a team player with high integrity and commitment.
  • Ability to start work immediately is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
