Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting all import and export activities. You will report to the Logistics Supervisor, LPM MY, and be based in Bangi.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Coordinating daily warehouse and operation deliveries
2. Providing ad-hoc enquiry feedback to the DC & sales team
3. Preparing daily shipping documents
4. Checking BL & FTA drafts
5. Filing shipping documents
6. Creating sales orders
7. Coordinating vessel bookings

Qualifications

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
2. Understanding of import and export procedures
3. Experience handling customs brokerage and haulage teams
4. 1-2 years of relevant experience
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills
6. Ability to work well both in teams and individually
7. Service-minded attitude
8. Punctuality and self-discipline
9. Ability to handle increased responsibilities and scalability
