- To ensure operations & billing tasks are performed in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities- Value Added Services – Co-packing
- To maintain a record of Specification brief of LAS / VAS activities.
- To ensure internal and external co-packing is performed in compliance with SOP.
- To consistently look for improvement opportunities to shorten the process & lead time.
- Logistics Operations
- To coordinate internally & externally to ensure all collections & receiving are compliant with SOP.
- To perform monthly write-offs in compliance with SOP.
- To troubleshoot any discrepancies and resolve them.
- To consistently look for improvement opportunities to shorten the process & lead time.
- Logistics Billing
- To ensure all billing is processed accurately according to timelines.
- To manage all billing discrepancies internally and externally.
- To consistently look for improvement opportunities to shorten the billing process & lead time.
- Master Data Management
- To record and update new SKUs.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Logistics Inventory and Compliance
- Responsible for managing stock inventory, stock accuracy level, and post-delivery activities such as medical devices return, disposal, and recall in accordance with the organization's operation and the GDPMD (Good Distribution Practice For Medical Devices) requirements.
- Participate in the planned internal audit and management review in accordance with the GDPMD (Good Distribution Practice For Medical Devices) Standard.
Your Profile- Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or any other related fields.
- 2 years’ experience in admin / data analyst / logistics / customer service.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer proficient and able to use SAP system is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, communication, follow-up, and flexibility skills.
- Proactive, with good organizational skills and able to work independently and in teams.
- High awareness and passion for today’s trends and news.
