· Perform day-to-day inventory activities such as receiving materials, managing inventory storage, and stock movement.

· Update goods receipt and issuance into the system timely and keep accurate records for both system and physical inventory.

· Maintain proper housekeeping, storage of materials, FIFO system, and safety in the warehouse.

· Prepare invoices and packing lists for shipment, and liaise with authorities for COO and other shipping documents required.

· Keep proper records of stock movement and inventory, including inventory balances in the system, routine cycle stock takes, and auditing duties at all inventory locations.

· Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarding companies and transporters for shipping documents and customs clearance.

· Expedite and follow up on timely delivery of imported goods from forwarders and transporters to support project schedules.

· Evaluate the performance of forwarders and transporters based on delivery, quality, and services, ensuring all criteria are met according to organizational requirements and expectations.

· Ensure compliance with LMW regulations, laws, guidelines, policies, and ISO requirements.

· Have basic knowledge or experience with intercoms, HS codes, and applications.

· Ensure proper filing of all documents and records at all times for review.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum degree or diploma in any discipline.

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

· Well-versed in warehouse management, shipping procedures, and LMW know-how.

· Responsible, motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Able to communicate and write simple English.
