Position Responsibilities

• Maximize end-to-end service rate to customers at the lowest cost.
• Optimize sourcing effectiveness by coordinating flows and deliveries.
• Align all supply chain functions to optimize service and cost, solve operational issues, and anticipate alerts.

Key Responsibilities

Orders Fulfillment

• Ensure delivery within scheduled dates, detect deviations, and address issues across the Distribution Centre.
• Manage Service Level Agreements with customers.
• Provide regular reports on service delivery performance.

Inventory & Orders Planning

• Assist with purchase replenishment orders with support from the Central Planning Team and monitor shipments.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, including FIFO management, in D365 system.
• Act as main interface with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Create transfer orders to replenish stock.
• Adjust routing based on SLA to deliver optimal service at minimal cost.
• Coordinate setup of new flows and lead related projects.
• Identify improvements in inventory planning, warehouse, and shipment processes.
