This position is responsible for:

• Maximizing the end-to-end service rate to customers at the lowest possible cost.
• Optimizing sourcing effectiveness by coordinating their flows and deliveries.
• Aligning all supply chain functions in their priorities to optimize service/cost performance, solve operational issues and anticipate alerts: supply chain helpdesk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery within scheduled date, detect deviations between plan and actual and address issues across the Distribution Centre.
• Manage Service Level Agreement with Customers.
• Provide reports on a regular (daily/weekly) basis on service delivery performance.

Inventory & Orders Planning

• Assist in placing Purchase Replenishment Orders (PO) with the support of Central Planning Team (CPT) and monitor incoming shipments.
• Monitor inventory and its accuracy, including FIFO management, in D365 system.
• Act as the main interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Create Transfer Orders (TO) to replenish branches’ stock.
• Adapt the routing of customer orders based on SLA to deliver the right service at the lowest distribution cost.
• Coordinate the setup of new flows and lead related projects.
• Identify improvements for inventory planning, warehousing, and shipment processes.
