A leading company in logistics and e-commerce is seeking a Junior Executive to provide logistics documentation support and assist in e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Admin or Logistics, along with KEK certification and relevant experience. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Provide logistics documentation support, including PO acknowledgment, shipment coordination, preparation of customs forms, invoices, delivery orders (DO), and packing lists, as well as communication with forwarders, courier services, customs, and customers.
Assist with e-commerce operations, including managing product inventory, orders, payments, shipping, and related activities.
Act as the coordinator for customer-specific requirements to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Admin, Logistics, or any related field.
- Must have KEK (Kursus Ejen Kastam) certification.
- Preferably a Junior Executive with at least 1-2 years of working experience in shipping & administration.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Must be hardworking, proactive, and result-driven.
- Knowledge in logistics and customer service fields.
