Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring optimal transportation routes and schedules for deliveries
- Monitoring driver schedules and ensuring timely deliveries.
- POD Management
- Liaising with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, customer service) and external parties (e.g., carriers, suppliers, customers) to ensure smooth and timely transportation operations.
- Monitoring the progress of shipments, identifying potential delays or issues, and proactively addressing them to minimize disruptions.
- Ensuring all transportation activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Transport Planning or Logistics Customer Service
- Able to be based in Shah Alam or Elmina
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Malay Languagues
