Job Description

1. Perform accurately with high quality and desirable productivity.
2. Liaise with Team Lead, Account Manager, and Service Provider on work-related issues and resolutions.
3. Handle day-to-day tasks proactively with minimal supervision.
4. Perform according to EPI standard working processes, rules, and policies.
5. Complete jobs on a timely basis daily.
6. Ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with customer and organizational objectives.
7. Enhance business-related knowledge by completing designated courses in BDP University.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in logistics or similar fields is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree (minimum).
• Skills: Basic PC skills & MS Office.
