Job Description

• To perform accurately with high quality and desirable productivity ·
• To liaise with Team Lead, Account Manager and Service Provider on work related issues and resolutions ·
• To handle day to day job proactively with minimum supervision ·
• To perform as per EPI standard working process, rules and policy. ·
• To complete job on timely basis day to day ·
• Ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with customers and organization objectives. ·
• Enhance business related knowledge by completing designated courses in BDP University.
