Job Description
  • To perform accurately with high quality and desirable productivity.
  • To liaise with Team Lead, Account Manager, and Service Provider on work-related issues and resolutions.
  • To handle day-to-day job proactively with minimum supervision.
  • To perform as per EPI standard working process, rules, and policy.
  • To complete job on a timely basis day-to-day.
  • Ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with customers and organization objectives.
  • Enhance business-related knowledge by completing designated courses in BDP University.
Job Requirements
  • A four-year BS/BA degree is required.
  • Zero (0) to one (1) year of experience in customer service duties.
  • A strong desire to work in the supply chain/logistics/transportation field.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced office.
  • Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
  • Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude.
  • Leadership experience is strongly desired.
  • Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications.
