Job Description

1. To perform accurately with high quality and desirable productivity.
2. To liaise with Team Lead, Account Manager, and Service Provider on work-related issues and resolutions.
3. To handle day-to-day job proactively with minimum supervision.
4. To perform as per EPI standard working process, rules, and policy.
5. To complete job on a timely basis day-to-day.
6. Ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with customers and organization objectives.
7. Enhance business-related knowledge by completing designated courses in BDP University.

Job Requirements

1. Candidates with Logistics / similar experiences will be an added advantage.
2. Bachelor's Degree Holder (Minimum).
3. Skills: Basic PC & MS Office.
4. Team player.
5. Meticulous or attention to details.
6. Fresh graduates / 1-2 years of relevant experience.
