Job Responsibilities:
  1. The candidate is responsible for the day-to-day customer service role dealing with customers, vendors, and other BDP personnel located in offices/branches worldwide.
  2. The candidate is also required to perform administrative and documentation functions.
  3. Continuously improve on the existing business process and work closely with the immediate superior to ensure the long-term success of the Company.
  4. Coordination with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
  5. Preparation of shipping documents e.g. bill of lading, COO, Arrival Notice, Pre-alert, invoice etc.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
  1. Min. Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution.
  2. Min. two (2) years experience in Sea freight / Airfreight / Shipping industry.
  3. Familiarity with HS code, customs, and government agencies rules & regulations would be an added advantage.
  4. Basic knowledge in computer software packages.
  5. Proficiency in English is essential.
  6. Customer-oriented, mature, and able to work independently.
  7. Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail are vital.
  8. The candidate must possess supervisory skills and be a team player with a high level of integrity and commitment.
  9. Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
