Overview

We are a leading skin and woundcare medical device distributor in Malaysia and Singapore. Our mission is to provide our customers with excellent service and access to high quality medical devices. We import our medical devices from overseas. These are sold and distributed to Pharmacies, Hospitals, Government and Private Clinics throughout East and West Malaysia. We provide patients and healthcare workers with access to high quality medical products at affordable prices.

Responsibilities
  • Logistic and Operations: To be responsible for the importation of goods from overseas and to manage the inventory and storage of these medical devices in accordance with their storage requirements.
  • To inspect incoming shipment for damaged goods.
  • To manage the inventory in accordance with Medical device regulations ensuring proper temperature control, pest control and cleanliness and in accordance with GDPMDS/Health Authorities regulation.
  • To make sure that deliveries are counted accurately, packed accordingly and delivered to our customers in a timely manner.
  • To manage the delivery team and to plan their schedule so that the goods are delivered efficiently and on time.
  • To ensure that delivery documents are properly accepted, record and file accordingly.
  • To report delivery weekly and monthly stock count.
  • To coordinate on return of close to expiry stock and of damaged goods.
  • To ensure that the inventory is properly and safely stored and accounted for.
  • To be responsible for the management of the store room.
Requirements
  • Degree in Logistic Management or equivalent.
  • With 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in managing the delivery team.
