• Analyze logistics data and KPIs; identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify logistics cost-saving opportunities; track savings from consolidation and mode shifts.
• Track shipment status and ensure final delivery and order fulfilment.
• Develop logistics dashboards and reports; track On-Time Delivery and Carrier Performance.
• Monitor shipment security and compliance; support risk mitigation and business continuity planning.
• Maintain logistics data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle); apply BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities :

• 1. Transportation Management Monitor inbound and outbound shipments. Analyze freight costs and carrier performance. Track shipment delays and implement corrective actions. Optimize transportation routes and modes (air, ocean, road, rail).
• 2. Supply Chain Analysis Analyze logistics data and Key Performance Indicator. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Support supply chain network optimization initiatives. Conduct root cause analysis for service failures.
• 3. Cost Optimization Identify logistics cost-saving opportunities. Analyze freight spend and budget performance. Support carrier contract reviews and rate negotiations. Track savings from consolidation, mode shifts, and process improvements.
• 4. Order Fulfilment Monitor and track shipment status resolves custom and compliance issues Ensure final delivery and order fulfilment
• 5. Reporting & Performance Management Develop logistics dashboards and reports. Track key metrics such as: On-Time Delivery (OTD) Freight Cost per Unit Transit Time Inventory Turns Warehouse Productivity Carrier Performance
• 6. Risk & Compliance Management Monitor shipment security and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to customs regulations and trade compliance. Support risk mitigation and business continuity planning. Manage logistics audit findings and corrective actions.
• 7. Systems & Data Management Maintain logistics data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Apply BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Support system enhancements and process automation. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Leverage Artificial Intelligence to analyze Data and generate Reports
