• Transportation Management and monitor inbound/outbound shipments.
• Analyze freight costs and carrier performance to optimize spend.
• Track delays and implement corrective actions.
• Support supply chain network optimization and risk management.
• Maintain logistics data in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools.
• Develop logistics dashboards and monitor KPIs (OTD, cost per unit).

• Transportation Management
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Analyze freight costs and carrier performance.
• Track shipment delays and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize transportation routes and modes (air, ocean, road, rail).
• Supply Chain Analysis
• Analyze logistics data and Key Performance Indicator.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support supply chain network optimization initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for service failures.
• Cost Optimization
• Identify logistics cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze freight spend and budget performance.
• Support carrier contract reviews and rate negotiations.
• Track savings from consolidation, mode shifts, and process improvements.
• Order Fulfilment
• Monitor and track shipment status
• resolves custom and compliance issues
• Ensure final delivery and order fulfilment
• Reporting & Performance Management
• Develop logistics dashboards and reports.
• Track key metrics such as:
• On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Freight Cost per Unit
• Transit Time
• Inventory Turns
• Warehouse Productivity
• Carrier Performance
• Risk & Compliance Management
• Monitor shipment security and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Support risk mitigation and business continuity planning.
• Manage logistics audit findings and corrective actions.
• Systems & Data Management
• Maintain logistics data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Apply BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Support system enhancements and process automation.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence to analyze Data and generate Reports

Qualifications

• Minimal Degree or equivalent experience holders with at least 3-5 years relevance experiences
• Positive and can -do mentality!
• Great teammate with proven track records in Projects and operational excellence and achievements!
