Where You Come In

• You will oversee and lead warehouse operations, motivating associates, fostering teamwork, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• You will analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• You will generate reports on transportation costs, delivery performance, and inventory levels, providing actionable insights.
• You will recommend and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
• You will maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and reconciliation with warehouse systems.
• You will manage inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movements, ensuring smooth flow across the supply chain.
• You will measure and report KPIs and operational metrics to management on a regular basis.

What Makes You Successful

• You bring strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• You hold a degree in any discipline (a major in Supply Chain or Logistics Management is an advantage) with a solid academic record.
• You have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management, with proven leadership skills.
• You are proficient in systems such as Oracle EBS, WMS, and Microsoft Office applications.
• You possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are flexible to work in shifts as required.
