Qualifications

  • Compétences intermédiaires en Excel requises; SQL et/ou outils BI sont un plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsable de la réconciliation des comptes logistiques et préparation des rapports mensuels.
  • Réviser régulièrement les processus de facturation pour identifier des opportunités d'amélioration.
  • Mettre en œuvre des concepts d'automatisation financière et de facturation.

Job description

Online shopping at Zalora is booming, and we are just at the beginning! Zalora operations are continuously improving the customer delivery and returns processes to achieve the fastest delivery time in the market and a seamless customer experience while lowering operating costs.

We are looking for a highly analytical and process-oriented leader with a strong interest in Operations and Tech within the E-commerce industry to manage our extensive network of 3PLs across Malaysia.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for logistics account reconciliation and preparation of monthly reports for the Malaysia market and international routes.
  • Regularly review billing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes, reports, and tools.
  • Implement financial and billing automation concepts for logistics financial planning and control.
  • Review monthly 3PL billing transactions and third-party claims.
  • Monitor monthly accruals and payment plans.
  • Support the maintenance of all day-to-day 3PL management processes.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a financial role, preferably in E-commerce, supply chain, or logistics. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive in driving performance and improvements, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Excel skills; knowledge of SQL and/or Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
