LOGISTIC/WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.

Supervising logistics, warehouse, and transportation activities.

Organizing warehouse operations, labeling goods, plotting routes, and processing shipments.

Researching optimal shipping techniques, routing options, and selecting carriers through negotiations and rate agreements.

Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.

Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and managing related information systems.

Analyzing data to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and forecast demand.

Allocating and managing staff resources based on operational needs.

Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers.

Training and developing employees in logistics and warehouse management skills.

Ensuring all logistics and warehouse operations comply with company policies, laws, and regulations.

Maintaining adherence to ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 quality and environmental standards.

Implementing and managing safety protocols, 5S practices, and ISO standards.

a) Following all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

b) Actively participating in 5S activities within the department and organization.

c) Supporting other strategic 5S initiatives as needed.

d) Ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Performing other duties as assigned by superiors or management.

Qualifications and Experience:

a) Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent.

b) At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

c) Knowledge of logistics and warehouse/inventory management systems.

d) Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

e) Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office.
