Job description

In line with our business growth, we are looking for responsible and energetic Logistics & Warehouse Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for proper planning and execution of loading and unloading items from lorries according to SOP and ISO requirements.
  • Ensure the logistics loading/receiving area is clean and tidy at all times according to SOP requirements.
  • Ensure Further Process Products (FPP) stocks are arranged properly and labelled.
  • Arrange stock transfers according to sales orders and buffer levels.
  • Handle stock management with proper scheduling and systematic plans.
  • Maintain proper stock documentation and reconcile stock count reports (daily, monthly, yearly).
  • Responsible for daily issuance of Non-Conformance Notes for returned products and investigate issues.
  • Ensure close cooperation and clear communication with all departments.
  • Key in all invoices into the SQL system.
  • Monitor stock availability and traceability.
  • Ensure the cold room remains in optimal cooling condition.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM or above qualification.
  • With or without work experience (experience in logistics or warehousing is an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to direct employees to complete tasks. Good problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible and a team player attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant skills.
  • SPM Mathematics result of A or B is an added advantage.

Salary depends on skills and experience. Application questions include expected salary, qualifications, invoicing experience, years of warehouse experience, Microsoft Office skills, and cold storage experience.
