Job description

Incoterms Compliance: Demonstrated strong understanding and hands-on experience in applying incoterms, ensuring full compliance in all shipping transactions.

RFQ Management: Manage RFQ process with external freight forwarders and provide precise and timely quotation to sales team.

Shipment Monitoring & Security: Oversee shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the safety and security of all shipments.

Billing Accuracy: Work closely with the Account Dept. to ensure accurate and error-free billing for all logistics-related transaction.

Issue Resolution & Preventive Actions: Investigate and resolve shipping -related issue or complaints from internal and external customers, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

Reporting & Metrics: Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports and key metrics as required by management and relevant authorities, such as customs.

Regulatory Compliance & Trade Agreements: Obtain necessary approvals from Customs and relevant authorities for import and exports and leverage applicable Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) to optimize trade processes.

Skills that helped you succeed:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistic and Supply Chain Management or any other related fields is an advantage, but candidates with a diploma, relevant work experience and applicable certifications will also be considered.

Ideally the candidate should have around 8 years of experience in logistics including Trading, Customs clearance, Importing & Exporting, Shipping quo mainly. Forwarder sales experience is a plus.

In-depth understanding and application of incoterms in International trade & logistics.

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external parties.

Excellent communication and multilingual skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders, particularly in the APAC region, including Taiwan, as well as across diverse regions and functions.

Demonstrate efficiency and reliability in completing day-to-day responsibilities.
