Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in logistics management in chemical or hazardous materials transportation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Experience in managing fleet maintenance, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards, HSE guidelines and regulatory compliance for the safe transportation of chemicals.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead, manage and develop the logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee the integrated operations of in-house chemical tankers and third-party logistics providers.
• Establish workflows, KPIs, and accountability measures to drive efficiency, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of in-house bulk chemical tankers to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and compliance.
• Manage driver schedules, performance, and workload to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
• Oversee contracts and performance of third-party logistics providers.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement with 3PL service providers.
• Ensure full compliance with transportation regulations, industry standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines, especially for the handling of hazardous materials.
• Monitor and control logistics budgets, seeking cost reduction opportunities while maintaining service quality.
