About the role

As Logistic Manager at Leon Fuat Metal Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's logistic, distribution and transportation operations. This full-time position, based in Shah Alam, Selangor, is responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods to meet customer demands.

What you'll be doing

Oversee and manage inbound and outbound transportation of steel materials and products.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.

Oversee vehicle maintenance, road tax/insurance renewals and ensure timely PUSPAKOM inspections.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely dispatch of goods.

Ensure accurate documentation (DO, weighbridge slips, invoices, customs if applicable).

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.

Minumum 5 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in steel or heavy industry.

Strong experience in transport coordination, fleet management, inventory control, and delivery operations.

Familiarity with logistics in manufacturing or trading industries.

Exposure to ISO systems, audit compliance, and logistics safety standards (e.g., PUSPAKOM, JPJ).

Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
