Responsibilities:

Liaise with Sales & Marketing and Warehouse teams to assist in planning and coordinating logistics activities.

Manage the company’s drivers, attendants, and trucks, including scheduling and workload coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monitor and ensure proper vehicle maintenance, including regular cleanliness and safety checks, fuel usage tracking, and truck condition assessments.

Manage vehicle-related matters such as permits, road tax renewals, and PUSPAKOM inspections.

Oversee planned and monitor maintenance schedules for regular servicing.

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to efficiently resolve logistics-related issues.

Handle administrative tasks related to logistics, including documentation and reporting.

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Oversee and manage the Pallet Project (as a project-based responsibility).

Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Skills and Requirements:

Degree in logistic, supply chain management, mechanical engineering or a related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in basic computer skills, logistics software knowledge is an advantage.

Able to work independently and in a team.
