· To arrange loading planning and liaise with related departments/parties for support actions.

· To arrange truck/container bookings for goods collection from and to customers and external providers.

· To collect the complete set of signed documents from transporters within the agreed working days.

· To prepare shipping documents for customs clearance.

· To handle issues (goods shortages, variances) and customer complaints related to transporters, haulers, shipping agents, or forwarding agents.

· To apply for permits, certifications, or exemptions from the relevant authorities.

· To review diesel prices and negotiate initial price adjustments with transporters.

· To analyze shipping costs by destination.

· To prepare charge summaries for billing to transporters (e.g., overtime, late document submission).

· To monitor and evaluate the performance of transporters, haulers, shipping agents, and forwarding agents.

· To recruit new transporters, haulers, shipping agents, or forwarding agents.

· To undertake any special tasks on an ad-hoc basis as required.

· We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
