Summary of Job Contents

Build and support a team of individuals to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with various aspects to optimise the delivery of customer’s order. This includes liaison with other departments, RSC, CSC, other Festo companies, forwarding or courier agents, and third-party suppliers.
  2. Reorder stock (PO creation) and perform stock GR from RSC, CSC, other Festo Companies, and third-party suppliers.
  3. Handle shipment arrival and custom clearance.
  4. Ensure stock accuracy and maintain records.
  5. Submit invoices from suppliers and courier/forwarding agents to the accounts department.
  6. Manage stock replenishment and back order checking via SAP.
  7. Liaise with other departments to gather information to resolve customer issues.
  8. Handle Goods Return and Logistical warranty claims (ICM).
  9. Daily update of direct shipment reports from courier/service providers, coordinating non-delivered parcels with suppliers/service providers.
  10. Assist Superior in planning the workflow and resources of Logistics and store.
  11. Handle forklift and store activities.
  12. Prepare inbound and outbound shipping documentation and relevant agency requirements to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
  13. Ensure correct and proper packing of goods against delivery notes.
  14. Receive goods from suppliers, courier agents, and forwarders.
  15. Ensure maximum protection of all store goods against damage, deterioration, theft, etc.
  16. Maintain overall cleanliness and tidiness in the store, keeping the store neat and tidy and arranging goods in order.
  17. Check items picked are in ‘good and clean’ condition in appearance.
  18. Participate in both official and/or ad-hoc physical stock count activities.
  19. Ensure department complies with ISO 9001 related regulations.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements

Diploma in any discipline.

Skills:

Language Skills: Good spoken and written English; able to speak Chinese, Chinese dialect, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer Skills: MS Office.
