About the role

We are seeking a Logistic Executive to join our team at EZ Kitchen Solutions Sdn Bhd. This full-time role will be based in Johor Bahru, Johor and will play a crucial part in managing our warehousing, storage and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the efficient and timely movement of goods through our warehouse and distribution network

Coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure all shipments are delivered on time

Managing inventory levels and stock replenishment to meet customer demands

Optimising warehouse layout and workflows to improve productivity and reduce operational costs

Monitoring and reporting on key logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Supervising and training a team of warehouse and logistics staff

What we're looking for

Several years of experience in a similar logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution industry

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues, suppliers and customers

Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices in warehousing and distribution

A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
