Job Responsibility
- Order Processing: Receiving and processing incoming orders, verifying details, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Shipment Planning: Coordinating the transportation of goods, selecting carriers, and determining the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure adequate inventory.
- Documentation: Preparing shipping documents, delivery Order, customs paperwork, and other necessary documentation for shipments.
- Communication: Acting as a point of contact between suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving logistical issues, such as delays, damages, or missing items, in a timely manner.
- Cost Analysis: Analyzing logistics costs and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on key logistics metrics, performance, and KPIs for management review.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to customs regulations, trade laws, and safety standards.
