Logistic Clerk

Coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Preparing and processing shipping documents (bills of lading, customs declarations, etc.).

Scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers.

Maintaining accurate inventory records.

Monitoring inventory levels and conducting stock counts.

Ensuring proper documentation of inventory movements.

Preparing and maintaining logistics-related records.

Entering data into logistics systems and generating reports.

Communicating with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.

Resolving logistical issues and discrepancies.

Inputting data into systems accurately.

Generating and maintaining logistics reports such as delivery schedules and inventory records.

Providing administrative support to the logistics team as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Able to come working at factory located in Taman Perindustrian Ehsan Jaya, Kepong.

Experience working in logistic/warehousing/food & beverage factory/manufacturing/frozen company is an added advantage.

Experience handling audit is an extra advantage.

SPM/Diploma/Degree of any course related to logistic/admin/manufacturing/warehousing is advantage.

BENEFITS

Working hour-Monday to Saturday (8am to 4.30pm)
