Logistic Base Executive

Responsibilities

• Overseeing procurement, manufacturing, and distribution processes to ensure a steady flow of goods and services from start to finish.
• Building strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Overseeing inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment, and optimizing stock levels.
• Efficiently monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and implementing just-in-time inventory systems.
• Developing cost-effective logistics strategies to optimize operations.
• Managing warehouse operations and coordinating transportation services for efficient movement of goods.
• Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and meeting financial commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in oil & gas, energy, or related industries is preferable.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and vendor relations.
• Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze logistics data and develop cost-effective strategies.
• Knowledge of PETRONAS MPM regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
