Overseeing the end-to-end customs clearance process while ensuring effective and timely communication with relevant internal departments to facilitate seamless import and export operations.
Preparing, organizing, and maintaining all required documentation and operational records, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and ease of reference for audits and internal reviews.
Monitoring and updating freight details, managing shipment bookings, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-efficient transportation of goods.
Planning, scheduling, and executing delivery arrangements by liaising with transport providers and internal teams to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.
Coordinating with suppliers to schedule appointments, maintain consistent communication, and support procurement and operational requirements.
Conducting detailed cost analysis to support budgeting and strategic decision-making, as well as coordinating appointments and briefings with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) as required.
Reviewing and validating invoices and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy before processing payments in accordance with company policies and financial controls.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Diploma or above in International Trade/ Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 working years in manufacturing and import/ export business.
Meticulous and accurate in handling shipment documentation.
Good communication skills to deal with HQ, China.
Familiar with Malaysia Customs operation and related regulations.
