Job description

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service.
• Track stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and documentation such as POD.
• Resolve problems concerning warehouse, transportation, logistics manpower allocation, and delivery issues.
• Work proactively with various departments to maximize efficiencies and manage expectations.
• Manage space utilization in the warehouse.
• Ensure physical and system stock are accurate through stock management.
• Monitor and manage warehouse & logistics processes from receiving, order picking, delivery, market return, to monthly stock count.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.
• Mandarin speaking skills are an added advantage.
• Overtime may be required when needed.
• Willing to work in Kempas Lama, JB.
